Sheylbe Smith

Sheylbe began her real estate career in 2010 and has held positions ranging from Leasing Agent to Asset Manager. Her experience includes overseeing luxury lease-ups, stabilized, conventional, student housing, and mixed-use assets in urban and suburban markets, exceeding a portfolio of 4000+ units in several different markets from the South East to the West Coast. Sheylbe holds expertise in luxury lease-ups, creating and maintaining budgets, overseeing substantial renovations and CapEx projects, managing due diligence projects, ensuring smooth transitions for the properties integrating into her portfolio, implementing strategies to reduce expenses and maximize revenue, negotiating with and hiring suppliers, along with training and mentoring associates. Sheylbe has her bachelor’s degree in Business Management, has her CAM designation, is a CPM Candidate and is currently serving on the Board of Directors and several other committees for the Utah Apartment Association as well as a member of the Diversity Advisory Board for IREM.
