Marin Licina

Marin Licina is an experienced entrepreneur and product design expert, currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Peak since June 2024. Previously, Marin held the position of Operating Partner at Gradient Ventures from June 2018 to January 2023, where hands-on support was provided to over 100 startups in areas such as customer understanding and product launch. Additionally, Marin worked at Google from January 2017 to January 2023, initially as the first Operating Partner at Gradient Ventures and later as a UX Lead, impacting billions of users through new UX initiatives for Google product search. Past roles include Product Experience Lead at Plause, Product Lead at Pimmr, Designer in Residence at Stecc Ventures, and Omnichannel Strategist at G-Star. Marin co-founded Pelliano and served as Creative Director, achieving significant sales through innovative e-commerce strategies. Education includes degrees from Delft University of Technology and certification as a Kauffman Global Scholar in Entrepreneurship from multiple prestigious institutions.
