Matthew Sachs

Matthew has over 20 years of technical experience in the energy and real estate sectors, working in both consulting and development roles. Matthew is passionate about removing the barriers to clean energy adoption, as a member of the Energy Transformation Network of Ontario, Ontario IESO’s Market Renewal Working Group, the OEB’s DERs Connection Working Group, a board member of Energy Storage Canada, and a founding board member of BGIS’ Building Energy Innovators Council. Before joining Peak, Matthew was General Manager of Urbandale Construction and received with the Ottawa Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award in 2013.
