As an HR Specialist at Peak, your responsibilities will include overseeing all recruitment activities to attract, hire, develop, and retain a talented team. You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the company's organizational structure, operations, values, and culture.
Here's what you'll do
- Provide highly tailored recruiting activities to meet Peak’s hiring needs and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and end-to-end new hire experience
- Manage open job postings
- Coordinate administrative requirements for all new hires
- Identify top talent and convert prospects into active candidates
- Integrate our ATS (applicant tracking system) into your daily work life and use it to manage the entire recruitment process
- Use various tools and research methods to find passive candidates and build a strong candidate flow
- Measure HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmarking and metrics
- Participate in various university activities, whether on campuses or in our office, to share our culture and foster future recruitment initiatives
Desired skills and experiences
- University degree from a reputable university
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
