Jeff Lynch

Chief Operating Officer at PEAK 15 Systems

Jeff Lynch has a strong background in sales and operations, with over 20 years of experience in the technology and supply chain industries. Jeff started their career at GE Retail Systems, where they spearheaded the creation of a new business unit focused on selling enterprise solutions to the retail marketplace. During their time there, they grew the division from 6 to over 80 employees and achieved an 80% increase in sales annually for four consecutive years.

Following their success at GE, Lynch joined IBM as the National Sales Manager for the Supply Chain Division. Jeff was responsible for directing the start-up and daily operations of the North American sales team, and they played a key role in developing the marketing and product development strategy. Under their leadership, the division experienced significant sales growth, reaching $24 million in two years with the objective to reach $40 million in 2000.

Lynch then moved on to i2 Technologies, where they built the Retail Division from $0 revenue contribution to one of the leading divisions worldwide within two years. Jeff was recognized for their outstanding performance by being awarded Sales Director of the Year in 2000.

After i2 Technologies, Lynch joined GT Nexus as the VP of Sales, where they successfully grew sales by 100% in 2003 by revamping the sales organization and implementing a value-based sales process.

Jeff later joined Manhattan Associates as the VP of Sales, leading the Strategic Accounts sales organization. Their role was to penetrate key non-core industries and facilitate corporate growth.

Lynch's most recent position is Chief Operating Officer at PEAK 15 Systems, where they started as the VP of Sales and Operations before being promoted to their current position. PEAK 15 Systems develops and sells a comprehensive enterprise platform for the Tour Operator industry. In their expanded role, Lynch is responsible for product management and quality assurance departments, in addition to all customer-facing activities including sales, customer support, onboarding, pro services, and training.
