Amanda Ernst

Amanda Ernst has a diverse work history in talent acquisition and recruiting. Amanda is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at PEAK6. Previously, they worked at HealthJoy as a Manager of Talent Acquisition and as a Lead Recruiter & People Business Partner. At Facebook, they held the role of Technical Sourcing | Software Engineering, where they focused on integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives into the sourcing process. Prior to that, Amanda was a Senior Recruiter | Global Talent Acquisition at Trustwave, recruiting globally for various roles in cybersecurity. Amanda also worked at TEKsystems as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Technical Recruiter, and at Walgreens as a Purchasing Coordinator.

Amanda Ernst holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago. Amanda has obtained certifications in Adult Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health in April 2021, as well as LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification in 2016.
