Matthew Monahan

Matthew Monahan is a skilled software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading development teams across various organizations. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at PEAK6 since July 2022, Monahan previously held the role of Senior Engineering Manager at Workrise, where oversight included multiple engineering teams focusing on backend and frontend projects. Prior to Workrise, Monahan was a Product Development Manager at PROS, leading three teams within the Data Management organization, and served as Head of Product Engineering at Harvest Exchange Corp., establishing improved processes for engineering reporting. Notable contributions include developing a dynamic trade allocation engine at Two Sigma, significantly enhancing operational efficiency, and managing a product team at PROS to deliver a high-revenue analytics solution.
