David Vallillo is the CEO & President and brings over 35 years of high-quality Hospitality Management experience to this organization. His work experience includes Executive level roles in both single and multi-unit Hospitality organizations throughout the United States. David Vallillo has been recognized by multiple organizations & ownership groups for his ability to drive successful results within all disciplines of a Hospitality organization. 

Alongside David is Mike Rose, Vice President of Operations and Kristina Angley, Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  Together, they offer a unique, results-driven and customized solution to each and every assignment.  
Our team of highly skilled Hospitality Executives is made up General Managers, Directors of Sales, Directors of Revenue Management, Directors of Food & Beverage and Directors of Operations. 

Our team is well diverse and can successfully optimize all areas within Limited and/or Full-Service Hotels. While clients seek remote services from our organization, our team’s diversity & flexibility to travel allow for a “hands-on” approach if required or desired by the client. Task force assignments are deployed to meet the specific needs of the assignment ensuring the right executive, for the right role.
