Bert Harris

Bert Harris has over 20 years of experience in technical support and network administration. Currently serving as Support Team Lead and Escalation Engineer at Inflow Communications Inc since September 2016, Bert previously worked as a Technical Support Engineer, Tier 1.5 at ShoreTel from November 2010 to August 2016, achieving Advanced Certified ShoreTel Engineer status in October 2013. Prior roles include Field Technician at AllCity Technology, where Bert provided on-site computer support and managed Windows Server networks, and Network Administrator at Harris & Harris Law Firm, responsible for server and network administration across multiple office locations. Bert began the career as a PC Repair Technician at Expert Computers. Educational qualifications include studies at Austin Community College and Texas Tech University, as well as a high school education from Westlake High School and Marine Military Academy.
