Pennie Groezinger

Pennie Groezinger serves as the Chief Communication and People Officer and Vice President of HR & Communications at Pearl City Elevator, Inc. since 1990, where a deep agricultural heritage informs efforts to build a lasting legacy in the industry. Additionally, Pennie has been a Highland Community College Board Trustee since 2017, a position held for a six-year term. Involvement extends to the Board of Directors at Tyler’s Justice Center for Children, which focuses on supporting child victims of abuse, and to a position as a Wards Grove Township Board Trustee, re-elected in 2017 for a third three-year term.
