Rudy Garcia

Rudy Garcia, CPL, RCLS, is a Senior Underwriter for Design Professionals at AXA XL since April 2023 and has been a Senior Account Executive at Pearl Insurance since February 2015, where notable achievements include multiple Chairman's Club Honors and consistent annual revenue goals from 2015 to 2019. Rudy specializes in professional liability solutions for Engineers, Real Estate Firms, and Orthodontists across the United States and oversees the American Society of Civil Engineers professional liability program.
