Missy Nelson is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in school operations and administration. Since April 2016, Missy has served as the Vice President of School Operations and Head of School Success Partners at Pearson. Prior to this, Missy held significant roles at Connections Academy, including Executive Director of Schools and Principal, beginning in July 2005. Earlier in Missy's career, from August 1999 to June 2004, important contributions were made as an Assistant Principal at Mansfield High School. Academically, Missy earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University (2018-2020) and a Master's in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce (1997-1999). Further educational background includes study at the University of Minnesota.
