Marco Deppe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marco currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Platform Engineering at Peatix, starting in November 2021.

Marco also worked as a Software Development Manager and Technical Project Manager from June 2010 to April 2012, managing the launches of new categories across Amazon's websites worldwide. Before that, they were a Software Development Engineer in Test from October 2004 to January 2007 and a Quality Assurance Engineer from June 2003 to September 2004.

In addition to these roles, Marco has worked as the Chief Technical Officer at Noe Astro Service GmbH from July 2002 to June 2003 and as a Software Developer at IT Services and Solutions GmbH from September 2001 to June 2002.

Their early career includes an internship/training position at IBM Deutschland GmbH from September 1997 to August 2001, where they worked on various projects at different IBM locations. Marco also had a short internship as a Software Development Engineer at IBM in 2001.

Marco Deppe has a diverse education history spanning over several years. Marco began their educational journey in 1986 and completed their Abitur at Immanuel Kant Gymnasium Leinfelden in 1996. In 1998, they enrolled at BA Stuttgart / Cooperative State University Stuttgart, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany and pursued a degree in Information Technology Management. Marco successfully graduated from this program in 2001, earning the title of Dipl.-Ing. Informationstechnik / BA. Additionally, in 2000, Marco briefly attended Staffordshire University, where they studied Information Technology Management and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Last but not least, they attended South Seattle College from 2016 to 2017, where they completed a CTE program. Unfortunately, the field of study for this program is not provided.
