Lily Bataron

Lily Bataron is a seasoned professional in revenue operations and enablement, currently serving as Head of Revenue Operations at PebblePad since May 2023. Prior roles include Head of Revenue Enablement and Operations at Revenue Grid from February 2022 to May 2023, and Head of Contract Management and Sales Operations at Creatio from June 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading contract management and coordinating sales operations activities. From June 2013 to June 2018, Lily held the position of Head of Sales Operations at Netcracker, successfully managing the development of the internal CRM system and automating the contract approval process. Lily began a career in sales operations as a Sales Operations Manager and holds a Master's degree in Trade and Customs Services from Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade, obtained in 2009.
