Keren Gritzman has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Pecan AI since March 2022. Prior to this role, Keren worked at Matrix Eastern Europe from January 2015 to March 2022, initially as a Customer Success Manager and later as a Global Account and Sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing the entire customer lifecycle and overseeing the largest account. Earlier in the career, Keren was a Sales Manager at TACT system testware - MATRIX from June 2008 to January 2015, focusing on new business sales and strategic customer upsell opportunities. Keren holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from The College of Management (2010-2012) and a BA in Psychology and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (2005-2008).
