Yaron Shapira

Yaron Shapira is an experienced software engineer specializing in backend development, currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Pecan AI since July 2021. Prior to this, Yaron held the same title at CAPITOLIS from March 2020 to July 2021 and worked as a Full Stack Engineer at DAV Foundation from April 2018 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at CognitiveID from June 2017 to February 2018 and various positions within the Israel Defense Forces from 2012 to 2016, including Software Developer and Application Support Engineer. Yaron holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, obtained from 2006 to 2011.
