Catherine Hodgson

Catherine Hodgson is an experienced R&D Technologist specializing in the Confectionery sector, currently employed at Pecan Deluxe Candy Company since July 2014. Catherine has completed extensive internal training, including HACCP, Manual Handling, and Chemical Handling/Safety, and actively participates in the Health and Safety Committee.
