Wayne Vaughn, MBA, LPC is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Pecan Valley Centers for Behavioral and Developmental Healthcare. Wayne has experience in generating new revenue, improving contract performance, and increasing productivity across multiple clinics. Previously, Wayne has held positions such as Chief Navigator in the Texas Air National Guard and Director of School and Community Based Services at Lena Pope, managing various budgets and contracts. Wayne holds a MBA from Texas Christian University, as well as degrees in Marriage and Family Counseling and Christian Education.
