Jessica Diener is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in vocational services and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience and Engagement at Peckham, Inc. since March 2016, Jessica leads the development and implementation of comprehensive employee experiences, including recruitment and coaching. Prior roles at Peckham include Senior Manager of Vocational Services, where leadership was provided for Medicaid-funded services, and Vocational Services Coordinator, ensuring compliance and collaboration for supported work programs. Jessica also has a background in disability support and counseling from Michigan State University's Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities, where evaluations and accommodations for students with disabilities were a focus. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Michigan State University.
