Ellie Ahern

Ellie Ahern is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of People and Talent at Peckwater Brands since May 2024. Previously, Ellie held the position of Client Services Lead at BOOSTA from November 2020 to May 2024, where comprehensive talent and business solutions were developed. As the Talent Acquisition Lead at Trainline from April 2021 to November 2022, Ellie managed a team of 12 talent partners, successfully recruiting for various technical roles. Additional roles include Senior Talent Partner at ClearBank®, Technical Recruitment Lead at 10x Future Technologies, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at G-Research, where a range of technical and non-technical positions were filled. The early career included a role as C++ Recruitment Consultant at Client Server. Ellie holds a degree in Sociology and Psychology from Loughborough University, along with A Levels from Ashville College and GCSEs from Leeds Girls High School.
