Jennifer Smith has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. Jennifer began their career in 1997 as an Assistant Manager at Extended Stay America. In 1999, they joined Pedcor Management Corporation as an Area Manager/Property Manager, where they worked until 2003. During their time at Pedcor, they also held the roles of Assistant Director of Compliance and ultimately Director of Compliance.

Jennifer Smith graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Health Science. Jennifer attended the university from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Franklin Community High School. Jennifer also holds several certifications, including being a Blended Occupancy Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management, obtained in December 2016. Jennifer is also an HCCP certified by the National Association of Home Builders, obtained in May 2007. Additionally, Jennifer is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), obtained in July 2000.
