Martin Kwitter has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Martin began their career as a Financial Analyst at Big M Inc in 1982, where they implemented open-to-buy systems and reviewed insurance costs. Martin then moved on to become a Senior Financial Analyst, taking on additional responsibilities such as new store proformas and problem store analysis.

In 1987, Martin became Director of Finance, Treasury, and Real Estate Management at the same company. Martin was responsible for financial planning and analysis, banking, insurance, and real estate finance for a $325 million retail chain with 180 stores.

In 2013, Martin started their own consulting firm, M-Squared Solutions, LLC, where they specialized in strategic consulting and streamlining processes for various clients.

Most recently, Martin served as the Chief Financial Officer for Peddler's Village, a retail shopping center and hospitality destination. In this role, they oversaw financial reporting and analysis, accounting, treasury, risk management, and more. Martin also mentored and developed a team of seven professionals.
