Tammy Bates currently serves as the National Director of Development Operations at the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, a role held since June 2013, where leadership of the DevOps Team includes enhancing operations, infrastructure, and analytics for fundraising initiatives. Previously, Tammy held positions such as Regional Director for the Southeast, overseeing a $1.9 million budget across 13 states, and Managing Director of the Georgia Chapter, focusing on financial and operational leadership. Earlier experience includes the role of Family Liaison Manager at PBTF, where Tammy developed and evaluated family support programs. Prior to these roles, Tammy served as Executive Director at Grace Baptist Christian School from July 2007 to June 2013, managing a team and creating educational environments for young children. Tammy began professional career as Market Manager at BellSouth International, Inc. (AT&T), overseeing sales operations in Northwest Georgia.
