Melanie Gisin

Melanie Gisin is the National Director of Development Operations at The Posse Foundation. Melanie has held this position since December 2005. Prior to that, they were the Assistant to the President / Database Manager at American Friends of Reuth from March 2005 to December 2005. From October 2004 to March 2005, they were a Data Entry Clerk / Development Assistant (temp) at City Harvest. And from July 2003 to March 2004, they were a Receptionist / Assistant to Office Manager at Avaloq Evolution AG.

Gisin began their career in the retail industry, working as a Stock Associate at Gap Inc./Banana Republic from October 2004 to May 2005 and again from November 2001 to February 2003. In between their two stints at Banana Republic, they worked as a Travel Agent Special Group Tours at STA Travel from March 2000 to September 2001. Her first job out of college was as an Assistant to Partner Attorney at Prager Dreifuss from August 1997 to May 1999.

Melanie Gisin has a degree from the New York Film Academy.

Melanie Gisin reports to Deborah Bial, President & Founder. They are on a team with Gyulnara Barnett - National Director of Strategic Projects, Francis Occeña - Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer, and Anna Jeffers - Program Coordinator.
