Lisa Jenson

Director, Clinical Quality, Education & Integration at Pediatric Home Service

Lisa Jenson, RRT-NPS, LRT, has been a PHS staff member since 2003. As director of clinical quality, education and integration, Lisa directs the activities of our quality and education employees as we continue to innovate in how we demonstrate the PHS difference through outcomes and new educational offerings. Additionally, Lisa is responsible for overseeing the process of integrating new organizations into the PHS family. Whether that integration takes place through acquisition or de novo startups, Lisa’s focus on cultural integration and customer experience ensures no detail is missed in providing the highest level of care for our current and future patient population. She has also held a variety of other positions at PHS, including director of customer service/warehouse, staff mentor and field clinical educator for the respiratory department, subject matter expert for the education department, and primary clinician for assigned caseload of ventilator and trach-dependent children discharged to the home.

Lisa previously worked for Heartland Medical Service in Little Falls and St. Cloud, Minn., as director of clinical services, Joint Commission coordinator, coordinator of the infant apnea program, and staff therapist.

She earned an A.A.S. in respiratory care from East Grand Forks Technical College in 1993 and is a licensed respiratory therapist/neonatal pediatric specialist.
