Mariano Pavia

Mariano Pavia has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Mariano currently holds the position of People Partner Director at PedidosYa, a role they started in April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Development & Total Rewards Director at the same company from April 2020 to March 2021. Before joining PedidosYa, Mariano worked at Despegar, where they held various roles, including HR Manager from February 2019 to April 2020 and Corporate Compensation & Benefits Manager from May 2015 to February 2019. Mariano also has experience at Dridco, where they served as the Talent Development and Compensation Manager from October 2009 to January 2015, and at S. A.
