Martin Allen

Martin Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policing and project delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Policing Consultant at Peel Solutions since June 2023, Martin is integral to the project delivery team, focusing on project methodology and performance management. Prior to this, Martin was a Performance and Project Delivery Consultant at Red Snapper Managed Services from June 2020 to March 2023, where solutions for optimizing project performance were developed and implemented. Martin's 30 years at the Metropolitan Police culminated in the role of T/Chief Inspector - HQ Support, where responsibilities included the identification and management of Threat, Harm, and Risk. Other notable positions within the Metropolitan Police involved roles in business assurance, executive support, and multi-agency collaboration.
