Michael Kaminski

Michael Kaminski currently serves as Chief of Staff at Peerbridge Health, starting in July 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held several positions at Ecolab from January 2017 to July 2023, including Manager of Financial Analysis, where responsibilities encompassed gross margin analytics for a $15 billion enterprise, quarterly earnings analysis, and managing the corporate G&A financial planning process for $2 billion. Michael also acted as the Senior Financial Analyst for Global Light Marketing Finance and was involved in SAP deployments and customer pricing strategies. Earlier experience includes a role as Operations Analyst/Supervisor at Bio-Techne from July 2012 to December 2016. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and two Bachelor's degrees in Biology from The College of St. Scholastica and Gordon College.
