Bill has held various sales and management positions at companies such as American Specialty Health, Linkwell Health, Healthways, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. Bill is an expert in product development and management, and they have successfully launched multiple new products throughout their career.

Bill Carstarphen has a degree from the Graduate School of Sales and Marketing Management at Syracuse University and a degree from the University of North Florida.
