Jaime José Durán Plazas

Jaime José Durán Plazas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jaime José is currently employed at Peerforum as an Experience Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Prior to their current position, Durán Plazas worked at Platzi as the Dean of Faculty (Professional Growth). Durán Plazas began their professional career at Sodexo, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant for a year.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jaime has obtained several certifications, including a Google Project Management certification from Google in July 2022, an Instructional Design Foundations and Applications certification from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in March 2022, and a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) certification from the University of Cambridge in November 2010.
