Kristian Willetts

Kristian Willetts is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise & Cyber at Peerless Technologies since August 2011, Kristian has played a crucial role in leading IT RFI and RFP writing efforts and has been instrumental in securing significant contracts, including the $420M Ohio DBITS and DISA ENCORE III IDIQ vehicles. Previous positions include Program Manager/Senior Systems Engineer, where leadership of an 11-member team resulted in exceptional CPARS ratings and the deployment of the Manager’s Information Control Toolkit to over 500,000 Air Force users. Earlier experience includes roles at the United States Air Force as a Computer Engineer and Project Lead, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Jacobs Technologies and SI International. Kristian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management/Computer Information Systems from Park University.
