Harpal is an experienced Capital Markets professional with over 25 years at major global banks including Salomon Brothers, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse. Harpal has covered the full breadth of functions (product control, FI Middle Office, and Cash Equity Operations as well as products ( FX, Derivatives, and Cash Securities) and has helped drive strategy, change, and efficiency programs. More recently, Harpal was the Client Partner at Wipro driving BPO sales and strategy as well as partnering with C-suite executives in their off-shoring strategies in Europe.
