PeerStreet was founded in 2013 by a team with a strong history in both business and education. The team members have experience working at companies such as Forbes, Cobiro, and OneTime.com. They also have experience founding companies, such as DBP Enterprises, and being on the board of directors for companies such as Dunami Inc. In terms of education, the team is well-rounded, with degrees coming from universities such as the University of Southern California, the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of California, Los Angeles.
