Jehovany Guido has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Culinary R&D and Commercialization Manager at Pegasus Foods Inc since March 2018. With a background that includes the roles of R&D Development & Production Chef and Culinary Development Apprentice at the same company, Jehovany demonstrates a strong focus on research and development in the culinary sector. Prior experience includes working as an Expo & Fry Cook at Texas Roadhouse from January 2011 to April 2014. Educational qualifications include two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees from Dallas College El Centro Campus, obtained in Culinary Arts/Chef Training (2012-2020) and Food & Hospitality Management (2020-2021).
