Razi Khan

Razi Khan is an accomplished entrepreneur and mortgage specialist based in Toronto, Canada. As the Founder and CEO of Pegasus Mortgage Lending since June 2008, Razi has led the company in providing tailored mortgage and financial solutions. In addition, Razi co-founded Nihang Law Professional Corporation in October 2022 and serves as Chief Strategy Officer. Razi is also the Founder and CEO of Bankore Alliance Funding Corp., established in June 2016, which operates as a licensed Mortgage Administrator. Prior entrepreneurial ventures include founding Inveloft Mortgage Investment Corporation and Jolie Maison Realty Corp., both focusing on real estate and financial services. Razi’s career in real estate began as a Real Estate Broker at Century 21 Regal Realty Inc. from July 2006 to August 2015. Razi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from the University of Toronto Scarborough, completed in 2009.
