Brian Nowak has a diverse work experience history. Brian started their career as an intern at Fidelity Investments in 2010 and 2011, where they gained experience in testing, compatibility, and report reorganization. From 2012 to 2020, Brian held various roles at Fidelity Investments, including Data Analytics and Project Manager, Senior Manager of Data Analytics and Insights, and Director of HR Strategy and Planning. In these roles, they focused on using data and insights to enhance the associate experience, improve HR processes, and provide research and analysis on people-related issues. Brian then joined Pegasystems in 2020 as the Head of People Analytics, where they excelled in leveraging data to drive positive change and provide actionable insights to business leaders. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Head of People Technology and Analytics, where they aimed to build a best-in-class HR tech stack. Most recently, Brian became the Head of Compensation at Pegasystems, taking on the responsibility of strategically managing global compensation and financial initiatives. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated a passion for leveraging data to drive organizational success and has been successful in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to address complex challenges.
Brian Nowak attended Wayland High School from 2004 to 2008. Following their high school education, they furthered their studies at Assumption University from 2008 to 2012. At Assumption University, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Information Technology.
