Maftuna Mavlonova

Maftuna Mavlonova is a skilled research associate currently working at PEI since March 2024, with prior experience at SuperCharger Ventures where responsibilities included conducting university interviews and developing a database for the edtech sector. Previous roles include an outreach intern position at UNDP, where Maftuna initiated a data-driven strategy that increased applicant numbers by 35%, as well as a role at Christian Dior Couture focused on promoting women empowerment in Japan. Other notable experiences comprise managing media outreach for Erasmus+, enhancing digital engagement at FreeW, and conducting research for United Nations Volunteers. Maftuna holds a Master's degree in International Public Policy from the University of Tsukuba.
