Sophia Hutchings

Sophia Hutchings is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director at PEI since October 2020, leading a team of 10 in strategic and operational HR initiatives for an international business intelligence organization. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as the Head of HR at IMImobile from October 2012 to May 2020, focusing on global engagement initiatives within a multinational corporation. Earlier experience includes managing HR administration and recruitment processes and supporting management teams in performance management at IMImobile, as well as serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a mobile engagement solutions provider. Sophia's career began in account management roles at clickTAG and Banner Corporation, complemented by extensive education in Human Resource Management, including achieving CIPD Level 7.
