Jaakko Saari

Jaakko Saari is an experienced Development Manager with a diverse background in IT management and software development, currently employed at Pekkaniska since July 2020. Jaakko has a strong focus on developing adaptive business solutions, including research, project/vendor management, and hands-on development. Previously, Jaakko served as IT team lead and architect at Suomen Sijoitustutkimus, specializing in transforming legacy systems to cloud technologies. Jaakko's career includes significant roles at Pekkaniska Oy, where management of IT development and operations spanned multiple countries, as well as involvement in creating a custom rental management system. Early career experience includes positions at Kauppalehti Oy and Finnish Post, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science obtained from Helia.
