Alfonso Navarro Bustamante

Alfonso Navarro Bustamante is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Founding Board Member at SYNKRON and a Master Instructor at the Demand Driven Institute, Alfonso also holds the position of Principal CEO at K2 Solutions. As a Board Member, contributions are made to several companies including Baterias Willard, El Prado Holdings, Peláez Hermanos S.A., Automotores del Litoral S.A., and ARH, all since 2016. With a solid educational background that encompasses an MBA in Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and multiple certifications in operations and supply chain management, project management, and lean methodologies, Alfonso has been actively involved in the MIDAS Consulting Group as a Founding Board Member since January 2000 and recently served on the Management Board of SCEC from June 2018 to June 2023.
