Although she has a B.A. degree in Deaf Education, Jennifer found her true passion in software development when she began working in Quality Assurance for a local software company. Her technical skills grew, but her natural ability to get the most out of individuals and team members is what propelled her career in software. Over the past 10 years, her focus had been on building a start-up company from the ground floor to profitability. She even got to be at the ringing of the bell when her company went public. Exciting!

Jennifer is one of those rare people who understands both humans and computers, and has used this ability to build effective, efficient, and happy engineering teams. She's now using her talents to help grow Intervals from a profitable company into the most recognized time tracking and task management software for agencies worldwide. All while maintaining a company culture focused on individuals and how their interactions contribute to making a successful team.
