Pete Hagstrom

Pete Hagstrom is currently the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Peli BioThermal, a company offering temperature-controlled packaging and cold chain solutions to the global life sciences industry. Prior to this, Pete worked as a Portfolio Operations Executive at Platinum Equity, a global PE firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and operations of companies in diverse industries. Pete also held leadership roles at Juul Labs and American Tire Distributors, where Pete was responsible for corporate strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. Pete has a strong background in strategy and operations, with experience in management consulting and military logistics. Pete holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
