Kenroy Brown is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Sous Chef at The Pelican Bay Foundation since September 2019, Kenroy has also held the position of Junior Sous Chef at Royal Decameron Indigo Beach Resort & Spa since March 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Chef at Disney Cruise Line from November 2011 to January 2018 and Kitchen Supervisor at Franklyn D Resort from November 2010 to November 2012. Kenroy's educational foundation was laid at Manchester College of Art and Technology, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2004.
