Justin Walford

Justin Walford is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce at Pelican International since February 2023. Prior to this role, Justin held various executive positions at companies such as Hillberg & Berk, Archetype Consulting Co., icebreaker (a VF Company), Genuine Guide Gear, and MEC™. With a diverse background in business advisory, retail leadership, and operations management, Justin brings a wealth of experience to the table. Justin is also a highly educated individual, with a B.A. degree from the University of Victoria, a Certificate in Strategic Leadership & Innovation from the Schulich School of Business, and currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated a strong track record of success and leadership in the retail and retail tech industry.
