Dr.-Ing. Michael Wedel

Dr.-Ing. Michael Wedel has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Dr.-Ing. Michael is currently working as the Customer Operations Lead Germany at Pelico, where they empower factory teams to manage daily volatility and deliver products on time. Prior to Pelico, they were the Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter at RescueSol GmbH, where they optimized fire department and THW missions through digital real-time information. Before that, they served as the Consulting Team Lead Digital Manufacturing at FactoryPal. Dr.-Ing. Michael Wedel also gained valuable experience at Mercedes-Benz AG, where they held various roles, including Fachteamleiter Digitalisierung & Leitung weltweite Standardisierung des Engpassmanagements. Dr.-Ing. Michael started their career as an intern at Detroit Diesel Corporation, focusing on Powertrain Machining.

Dr.-Ing. Michael Wedel completed their education at Technische Universität Darmstadt. Dr.-Ing. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Maschinenbau, graduating in 2011. Dr.-Ing. Michael then pursued a Master of Science - MS degree in Maschinenbau from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they obtained their Dr.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Darmstadt, completing their studies in 2016.
