Thibaud Jourdan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thibaud started their career as a Livreur (Drive) at E. Leclerc in 2015 and later worked as a Supply Chain & Logistics professional at Waffle De Lys. In 2016, they transitioned into journalism and worked as a Journaliste (Rédaction locale) at La Montagne until 2017. Thibaud then entered the sales field, first as an Inside sales (Key Account) at ArcelorMittal and later as a Sales Operations professional at Constellium. In 2018, they joined Thales as an Ingénieur commercial. From 2020 to 2022, Thibaud worked at Akka Technologies as a Business Manager, where they were responsible for recruting consultants, developing business with industrial defense clients, managing consultants on projects, and prospecting new accounts in the security/defense sector. Currently, Thibaud is an Account Executive - Défense & Horlogerie at Pelico, where they utilize the platform's operational polishing capabilities to enhance performance. Throughout their career, Thibaud has gained experience in sales, operations, journalism, logistics, and customer service.

Thibaud Jourdan began their education at Institution Saint-Alyre, where they pursued a Baccalauréat ES degree in Economique et sociale from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they attended Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand from 2014 to 2017. Here, they specialized in Commerce International with a focus on Anglais/Chinois as part of their degree in Langues Étrangères Appliquées. From 2017 to 2018, they furthered their studies at ESC Clermont Business School, majoring in Bachelor International in Management with a specialization in vente. Most recently, Thibaud obtained a Master's degree in Business Strategy from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, completing their studies from 2018 to 2020.
