Richard Kusse has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Enterprise Application Manager at Bayco Products. In 2011, they worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in project management and consulting for JD Edward Distribution and Manufacturing. Richard then joined Terillium in 2012, where they served as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant for JD Edward Distribution and Manufacturing. In the same year, they also worked at Borden Dairy Company as a Senior Systems Analyst and later as a Senior Supply Chain & Planning Analyst. In 2014, they became a Senior Consultant at Standard Motor Products, focusing on JD Edward Distribution and Manufacturing. From 2015 to 2019, they held various roles at Whitmore, including Director of Information Technology and Project Manager. Richard then joined Winzer Corporation as an Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager from 2019 to 2021. Continuing their career progression, they worked as the Director of Oracle Cloud at CSS International, Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, they served as a Principal Program Manager at McGrath RentCorp from 2022 to 2023. Richard is currently employed as the Director of Cloud Transformations at Peloton Consulting Group.
Richard Kusse attended SUNY Brockport from 1990 to 1991, where they studied International Business & Economics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Oracle Cloud Project Management Practitioner Certification from Oracle in 2022.
