Bart Goldstein

Bart Goldstein is currently a VP and an Associate General Counsel for the Corporate & Securities divisions at Peloton. Prior to this, they were with Empire State Realty Trust from March 2016 to June 2020, where they served as the SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Bart has been a vital part of many different aspects of both companies, providing guidance and support in all U.S. securities and corporate law matters affecting public company, being recognized by stockholders for significantly improved annual proxy statement, strengthening balance sheets by delivering legal support for corporate finance transactions and acquisitions, counseling leaders for key business segments, and supporting Human Resources on employment law issues, benefits and training programs. Bart has also taken on the responsibility of Chief Compliance Officer at both companies, overseeing important functions such as refreshing company policies, reviewing conflicts of interest transactions, executing insider trading policy, and designing and directing content for employee training program. Additionally, Bart has been responsible for key strategic process improvements such as designing and implementing legal metrics program and managing and improving accuracy of law department budget.

Bart Goldstein began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University. Bart then went on to earn a Doctor of Law from the New York University School of Law with a focus in Economics.
