Israel Varela is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in global sales enablement and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement and Sales Systems at Peloton Interactive, Israel previously held the position of Senior Director of Inside Sales. At Inspired eLearning, LLC, Israel was the Vice President of Global Sales and Channel Sales. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Rackspace, including Director of Sales & Business Development and Senior Sales Manager for Enterprise Cloud. Israel began a career at Rackspace Hosting as a Business Development Consultant II and later as an Online Sales & SDR Manager. Educational credentials include studies at The University of Texas at El Paso and The University of Texas at San Antonio.
