Kelly Felder

Kelly Felder's work experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Pelsue since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the CEO/CFO at Empowered Construction Solutions from 2017 to 2023. Kelly also served as the COO/CFO at Fiore & Sons, Inc. from 2011 to 2021 and as the CFO at Arapahoe Utilities & Infrastructure, Inc. from 2004 to 2011. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at American Civil Constructors, Inc. from 2002 to 2004 and as the Chief Financial Officer-IT Manager at Etkin Skanska Construction Company from 1998 to 2002.

Kelly Felder attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1985 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance. Kelly Felder also obtained a certification as a Graduate of Dale Carnegie Leadership for Leaders from Dale Carnegie.
